Donna L. Milavetz, MD, MPH
Dr. Milavetz is a licensed medical doctor and Internist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. She trained at one of Harvard's teaching hospitals and also holds a Master's Degree in public health from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Milavetz was on faculty at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester prior to moving to Utah. Dr. Milavetz is the former Medical Director of the McKay Dee Women's Health Center in Ogden, Utah before starting OnSite Care in 2006. Dr. Milavetz continues practicing part-time at an OnSite Care clinic. Her particular area of expertise is developing and running on-site medical clinics and wellness programs. She is passionate about advancing the quality of community healthcare, specifically, in improving healthcare outcomes while driving down wasteful medical spending. Additionally, she is a highly sought after public speaker on a variety of medical topics, including preventive medicine focused-practice and on-site clinics.
Kris Williams, DNP, FNP-C
Kris Williams, DNP-C will be joining the clinic with a set schedule on Tuesdays and Fridays! Kris began her nursing career at a young age of 17. While still in high school, she completed her nursing assistant certification at Weber State University. Kris later received her Bachelors of Science at the University of Utah and pursued her masters at Brigham Young University. After several years of schooling, she received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA.
Kris is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of the Utah Nurse Practitioner Association, Phi Kappa Phi and Sigma Theta Tau. She is currently teaching at Weber State University in the Baccalaureate Nursing program, and has been instructing for more than 19 years.
She spent time teaching in Pusan Korea while serving an LDS mission. Kris is always giving back by talking to her local community about wellness and working as a counselor to the Boy Scouts of America. Kris is married to her husband of more than 24 years and they currently reside in Farmington with six boys. She enjoys traveling, reading, four wheeling with her family, and watching her boys play sports.
As a strong advocate for health promotion, Kris gets to know her patients and is committed to providing each patient with the highest quality care available. Through her experience, Kris has developed strong patient-centered skills that she will bring to Futura Industries' Families.
Travis Schelling, PA-C
Travis Schelling, certified physician assistant, has been in practice since 1994. She first obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Michigan and then her degree as a Physician Assistant from the University of Florida in 1994.
Travis began her career in Orange Park, Florida but has called Utah her home since 1998. She has experience with internal medicine, inpatient hospital care, emergency fast track, family practice, and urgent care.
Travis most recently spent fourteen years with Ogden Clinic in a family practice/urgent care setting.
As for her personal life, she married her husband while still in Florida. They have been blessed with five children. Travis enjoys spending time with her family as well as outdoor actives including water sports, skiing, jogging and camping.
Russell Anderson, DO
Dr. Anderson is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. He completed is undergraduate degree at the University of Utah and went to the Medical School at Touro College in California, graduating in 2008. He completed his residency at the University of Utah Hospital of Family Medicine.
Dr. Anderson has always wanted to make a difference in people's lives. From his days in medical school he knew he wanted to spend time working with underserved populations and it is for this reason that he has taught himself Spanish. Dr. Anderson has worked for the last few years on an Indian Reservation in Nevada and has seen a significant problem with diabetes and hypertension in these populations. He has been able to make a huge difference in improving health and wellness on the reservation. Dr. Anderson likes to discuss healthy eating with all of his new patients. He has developed a number of patient templates which outline recommended testing and screening for both genders and all age groups. He is comfortable seeing patients of all ages and he has been successful in helping people with many chronic and acute medical conditions.
Dr. Anderson is very excited about the opportunity to return to Utah and raise his family here and provide the patients at the Davis Hospital OnSite Care Clinic with expert and professional care. We are thrilled to have Dr. Anderson join our OnSite Care team.
